Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Once verified, we will offer:

UK & EU 14-Day Cancellation
To exercise your right of withdrawal:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless required by law)
Refunds are issued once the return is received or proof of shipment is provided.
Non-Returnable Items

Delivery Responsibility
