Eligibility

  • UK & EU customers: Right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under applicable consumer laws

Non-Eligible Returns

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We may request:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the issue
  • Photos of the packaging

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or
  • A refund to the original payment method

UK & EU 14-Day Cancellation

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless required by law)

Refunds are issued once the return is received or proof of shipment is provided.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once opened or used.

This does not affect your legal rights for faulty or incorrect items.


Delivery Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by couriers
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Packages marked as delivered

Confirmed delivery is considered valid proof of fulfillment.


Refund Processing
